Polyethylene tubes

We produce mono-layer PE tubes for cosmetic and food-processing industries. Tube body is made from combination of LDPE and HDPE. The material can be blended according to customer's request for softer or harder tubes. Tube body can be dyed in mass. We can offer standart tube head (screw or push on) or various applications (nozzle, lip-balm). Health safety is proven by adequate certificates.

Laminate tubes

We produce laminate tubes for cosmetics and food-processing industries from both ABL and PBL laminate. We use our own machine for printing of laminate foil. We can offer standart tube head (screw or push on) or various applications (nozzle, lip-balm). Health safety is proved by adequate certificates.

News

ADA Zlín implements the project „Research and development of non-circular tube production from laminate foil with metallized barrier layer“. This project is co-financed by the European Union. The goal of the project is to start the production and launch new oval tubes with oval head made from foil with metallized barrier layer.

Společnost ADA Zlín, s.r.o. realizuje projekt „Výzkum a vývoj výroby nekruhových tub z laminátové fólie s metalizovanou bariérovou vrstvou“, který je spolufinancován Evropskou unií. Cílem předloženého projektu je zahájení výroby a uvedení na trh nových oválných tub s oválným hrdlem vyrobených z fólie s metalizovanou bariérovou vrstvou.
